Community Recipe Swap: Side DishesMoo Shu Pork- great for leftover porkFrom the kitchen of WANDERINGSUZIEServings | 2Estimated POINTS® value per serving | 6Course | Side Dishes Print Email Ingredients• 1/2 pound Dole Classic Cole Slaw, Half of pre-prep bag• 1 1/2 tsp sesame oil• 4 Tbsp hoisin sauce, divided- 2 for cooking, 2 spread on tortillas• 4 oz cooked center loin pork, lean only, chopped• 4 small corn tortilla(s)• 2 tsp water• 2 tsp soy sauceInstructionsIn a medium frying pan with lid, add sesame oil, half bag of cole slaw mix and chopped pork. Saute 2 minutes.Mix water, soy sauce, and 2 tbsp hoisin sauce. Pour over slaw/pork mixture.Cover and cook on low until sauce reduces by half- about 5 minutes.Heat tortillas according to package directions.Spread each tortilla with .5 tbsp hoisin and divide pork slaw mixture across tortillas.

saute pork and cole slaw 2 min

add 3 tb hoisin sauce and soy sauce 5 more min

add garlic gingerroot if wanted

mix remaining 3 tbs hoisin with 3 tbs soy sauce spread on "PANCAKE"
