Ingredients
4-5lb. boston butt pork roast1 can of beer5-6 garlic cloves1 quartered onion2-3 jalapenosentire bunch of unchopped cilantro
Directions
Place pork, beer, garlic onion, jalapenos and cilantro in slow cooker. cook on low 6-8 hrs. remove from pot leaving everything else behind. shred then salt and fresh lime it to taste.

i make burritos, tacos, pulled pork salad with this. it's delicious :)
