Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients

1 Cup Butter2 Cups Sugar4 Cups Flour6 Large Ripe Banana's 1 1/4 cup Chopped Walnuts4 Large Eggs1/4 TSP Kosher Salt2 TSP Baking Soda/Powder
Cream Sugar and Butter.
Add Eggs blending each one in thoroughly.
Add Salt and Baking Soda.
Sift and blend Flour in slowly.
Add Mashed Banana's and Nuts.
Grease Pans Liberally and cook at 325 degrees until you can push a knife down the middle and it comes out dry. (a little moisture is ok as this is a heavy bread)
