Savory Broccoli Couscous

Ingredients
2 cups water1/4 cup dry couscous1 cup chopped broccoli1/4 cup chopped onions1/4 of a bouillon cub (I used an organic chicken flavour, but vegetable can be subbed in to make this recipe vegan/vegetarian friendly)1 tsp cumin1 tsp dried parsley1 tsp pepper corns
Directions
1. Mix bouillon cube and spices together with 2 cups of water in saucepan. Bring to boil.
2. Finely chop broccoli and onions.
3. Once the water is boiling, dump in the couscous and vegetables. Take off heat and cover.
4. Let mixture stand until the couscous is cooked (it should absorb most if not all of the water).
5. Presto! Serve and enjoy.

Serving Size: Makes about 2 cups, or two 1-cup servings. Calories have been calculated with the two 1-cup servings.
