Egg white, 3 serving Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 1.5 tbsp Beans, black, 0.5 cup Protein Technologies International ProPlus Soy Protein Isolate, 25 grams Coconut Oil, 1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp
Directions
put all the ingredients in the blender, pour the mixture into the baking sheet, cook for 15 minutes or until well cooked
