  • Number of Servings: 16
Ingredients
4 small boxes of sugar free jello, any flavor combinations.2 cups fat free sour cream2 envelopes Knox gelatine unflavored2 tsp. vanilla extract2 cups skim milk1 cup Splenda
Directions
First boil the milk. When the milk comes to a boil add the Splenda and vanilla. In a 4 cup bowl or larger, put the two Knox gelatine packs. Slowly add the milk until the gelatine has dissolved completely. Once the gelatin has dissovled add the 2 cups sour cream. Stir until smooth. Add the remaining milk mixture. Set aside. Choose which flavor Jello you would like for the bottom layer. Mix one jello packet with 1 cup boiling water and 1/2 cup cold water until jello is dissolved. Pour the Jello into a 9X13 pan. Allow the Jello to set completely in the fridge (or if you live somewhere cold, I just stick it outside) . Once the Jello is set Use a third of the cream mixture, Ladle on top of the Jello. Let that set completely, and then do another Jello layer. Combing each Jello lpacket with 1 cup boiling water and 1/2 cup cold water. Continue the process alternating layers of Jello with the cream after each layer has set. Jello is the last layer. You will have four layers of Jello and three layers of cream, and one fabulous dessert!! I choose to use lemon, lime, cherry, and orange, but any Jello flavors will work!! This recipe makes 16 decent size servings.
