Quinoa with Dried Cranberries

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups quinoa2 cups Sweet and Sour mix2 tablespoons honey1 tablespoon butter or margarine1 pinch salt1/2 cup dried cranberries (or raisins or other dried fruit)1/2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp orange zest1/4 cup macadmia nuts toasted and finely chopped.
Directions
1. Rinse quinoa in a fine strainer for several minutes.
2. Place quinoa in small crockpot with juice, honey, butter and salt. Stir.
3. Cook on high for 1-2 hours.
4. Add dried cranberries, cinnamon, zest and nuts.
