Panko breaded chicken -baked

Ingredients
4 small chicken thighs1 large egg1/8 cup of milk 2%3/4 cup of Panko bread crumbs
Directions
Stir egg and milk together in a bowl. Soak the chicken in the mixture. Pat on bread crumbs on both sides of the chicken. Bake chicken in an oven-proof dish 30-45 minutes - until the chicken internal temperature is 165 degrees.
