Whole Wheat muffins with Maple Syrup

Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat flour1 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1/2 cup canola oil1/2 cup maple syrup1 tsp cinnamon1 cup water
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients in large bowl
Next combine wet ingredients in a bowl then mix well with the dry ingredients. Pour into prepared muffin pans and bake at 375 for 20 to 25 minutes.
