4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (approx. 2 lb)1 can Campbell's condensed cream of chicken soup1 can Campbell's condensed cream of asparagus soup1 container Philadelphia Cooking Cream, Italian Herb and Cheese
Place chicken breasts into slow cooker. Add Philadelphia cooking cream and the condensed soups. Cook on low for at least 4 hours, stirring occasionally. Once the chicken is cooked through, you can leave it whole, cube it, or shred it.
Serve over pasta or rice.
