Buffalo Chicken Egg Mug

Ingredients
3/4 cup fat-free liquid egg substitute1 teaspoon dried minced onion2 ounces cooks and chopped skinless chicken breast1 teaspoon light blue cheese dressing*1/2 teaspoon of Parmesan cheese* Not included in the nutritional information because not needed.
Directions
spray a large mug with nonstick spray. Add egg substitute and onion, microwave for 1 and 1/2 minutes.

Stir in chicken and hot sauce. Microwave for 1 more minutes.

Add blue cheese and hot sauce to taste. Add cheese if wanted.
