Ingredients
1/4 cup quick cooking oats1 Egg White (1/4 cup of egg substitute)small handful of blueberries1 unpacked teaspoon of brown sugarTiny splash of almond milk, if desiredcinnamondash of vanilla
Directions
toss it all in a coffee mug, put it in the microwave for a minute (make sure it doesn't overflow), put it in for a few seconds more if it isn't done at 1 minute. loosen edges with a knife, plop out.
