Quinoa Hot Cereal

Ingredients
1 cup water1/2 cup quinoa1 tbs unsalted butter1/2 cup walnuts, chopped1 tbs honey1/4 cup dried cherries (or other dried fruit)1 cup Silk Pure Coconut Milk
Directions
Using a microwave rice cooker, cook quinoa in water for 15 minutes.

In a sauce pan, melt butter, then add walnuts. Brown for a couple minutes. Add honey, dried fruit, coconut milk and cooked quinoa. Simmer to thicken.
