"Spaghetti" Bake

Ingredients
Directions
1 package tofu noodles1/2 cup egg beaters1 cup tomato sauce1/2 cup broccoli1/4 c. mushrooms1/3 c fat free mozzarella cheese
Mix Noodles, eggs, broccoli, mushrooms and 3/4 c of tomato sauce in an oven safe baking dish.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Bake for 25 minutes or until firm
Remove from oven and place the remaining 1/4 c tomato sauce and cheese on top.
Replace back in oven until cheese melts.
Remove from oven, let cool and enjoy!!
