Tuna Onion and Tomatoes

Ingredients
400g Tuna in Spring Water (Sainsburys)1tbs Olive Oil1 medium onion (chopped)4 large plum tomatoes (chopped)Black PepperHerb de ProvinceAll Purpose SeasoningWater
Directions
Fry onion and garlic in olive oil until soft. Add black pepper and herbs. Add the tomatoes. Cook for another 3-5 minutes then add tuna and seasoning. Only add a little water if mixture is dry and gravy/sauce is needed.
