Stir Fry with Chicken

Ingredients
1.5 lbs chicken breast (boneless, skinless)3 cups chopped fresh broccoli1.5 chopped bell pepper1 onion chopped1.5 copped carrots0.5 cups low sodium soy sauce0.5 cups sugar0.5 cups ketsup2 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Chop all veggies. Cut chicken up into bite sized pieces. Mix soy sauce, sugar and ketchup to create a sauce. Heat oil in a large skillet. Add onions, peppers, and carrots and saute until tender. Add chicken and cook until chicken is fully cooked. Add broccoli and cook until desired tenderness. Pour sauce over veggies and chicken. Stir and bring to a boil. Turn off heat. Serve over rice.
