Low fat chicken salad with tarragon

Ingredients
1.5 chicken breasts oven roasted; no skin or bone1 diced stalk celery1 diced carrot stick1-2 tsp tarragon leaves.25 cups low fat mayonnaise.25 cups yogurt
Directions
Roast chicken in oven with skin on until juices run clear.
Remove skin and bones and allow chicken to cool.
Dice half to two-thirds of chicken and place remainder in food processor and finely grind.
Add celery, carrots, tarragon, mayonnaise and yogurt.
Mix well.
