Turkey Burgers cooked in Olive Oil

Ingredients:*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 4 oz for each pattyGarlic, .5 clove(Basil, 3 leavesOlive Oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
I make my turkey burgers pretty plain, I take a clove of garlic and mince it then push it into the turkey patties, usually half a clove per patty, but that is up to you. I also take off a few basil leaves and put them on top and bottom of the patty, then cook them over the stove in light tasting olive oil. Simply but tasty, the basil and garlic help give it a little something, so I can avoid using breadcrumbs. I am posting here so I can use it in my own spark food journal but feel free to try it out for youself :)
