Ingredients
Beets, boiled, 1 cup dicedPotato boiled, 2 cup Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 2 tbsp Apples, fresh, 1 small (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 per lb Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped Celery, raw, 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Hard Boiled Egg, 3 large Carrots, raw, 1 medium Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 plum tomato
Directions
Boil the potato, beets, carrots, and eggs, cool and dice. dice remaining ingredients, and mix everything together
