French Onion Soup

8 cups thinly sliced vadalia onions3 T. Olive Oil10 Beef Boullion Cubes8 cups water2 T Worchestershire
Place onions in crock pot and add olive oil, mix to coat all of the onions. Turn crock pot on high, cover and cook for 6 hours, stirring occasionally.
When onions are caramel colored add the boullion cubes, water and worchestershire sauce. Replace lid and cook another 2 hours.
When done, put soup in a oven proof bowl top with a slice of toasted italian bread and one slice of swiss cheese. Put in a 325 degree oven for 15 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
Serving Size: makes 10 1-cup servings
