Banana Bread- Jen's way

Ingredients
2c. white flour (experiment w/ others too)4 ripe bananas1/2c. brown sugar1/2c. natural apple sauce1/2 tsp each baking soda, baking powder, salt1tsp vanilla extracti like to play w/ spices such as cinnamon, ginger, clove, nutmeg etc.mash apple sauce, bananas, and sugarsift together dry ingrediantsmix wet and dry together pour in a greased pan, bake at 375 for 45minor makes 14 muffins bake for 22min. (oven time may vary)
