Waldorf Salad Wrap

1 light flat out wrap1/2 tbsp pb2, prepared1 tbsp fat free cream cheese1/2 a medium sweet apple (my favorite is honey crisp or pink lady, but gala/fuji also works)2 tbsp chopped carrot (about 1/3 of a medium)2 tbsp diced celery (about 1/2 a medium stalk)7 raisins (approx 1/2 tbsp)sprinkle of cinnamon + stevia
Heat wrap in microwave for 30 seconds. Spread on peanut butter and cream cheese and blend until covering entire wrap. Sprinkle with cinnamon and stevia. Layer on apple, carrot, celery and raisins. Roll up, cut in half, and DIG IN!
