Spicy Sesame Peanut Noodles

Ingredients
2/3 cup smooth, unsalted peanut butter (Laura Scudder's)1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce or Bragg's Liquid Aminos3 cloves garlic, mincedjuice of 1 lime (about 1-2 Tbsp)water or vegetable broth3 scallions, sliced diagonallysesame seeds1/2 pound whole wheat spaghetti, cooked
Directions
Cook whole wheat spaghetti noodles according to package directions.

Over low heat in a small sauce pan, combine peanut butter, soy sauce or Bragg's, garlic and lime juice. Slowly stir in water or vegetable broth until desired consistency is achieved.

Pour sauce over cooked noodles and garnish with scallions and sesame seeds.
