* Boneless Porkchop, Center cut, 4oz. * Soy Sauce, 0.25 cup * Garlic, 1.5 clove * Ginger, ground, 0.5 tsp * Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 2 cups * Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped * Green Beans, 1 cup Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
-Cut porkchops into pieces. Combine with soy sauce, garlic, & ginger. Let sit in fridge for about 20min.
-Cook pasta while meat sits in liquid.
-Cook pork & marinade in non-stick pan until no longer pink.
-Add veggies & cook for 1min.
-Add pasta & cook for 1min.
