Salmon cake/fritter

Pink Salmon (in pouch)Yellow Pepper bell pepper1 eggsprinkle of bread crumbsoil
cut bell pepper in half
dry fry one whole half in frying pan while dicing the other half
in a mixing bowl combine diced pepper with egg, salmon and bread crumbs
Once half pepper is slightly browned, remove from pan and add 1 tbsp of oil
with pan VERY hot, spoon out 4 equal portions of salmon 'fritter'
allow to brown on the bottom before flipping
cook for approx 4 minutes per side, or until browned
serve while hot!
Serving Size: makes 4 small fritters, calorie counter based on eating ALL!
