Tuna Melt

Ingredients
Tuna, Canned in Water, 1 can Garlic (crushed), 2 cloves Onions (chopped), raw, 0.25 medium (2-1/2" dia) Celery (chopped), raw, 1 stalk, small (5" long) Cider Vinegar, 0.5 tbsp *Balsamic Vinegar, 0.5 tbsp Pepper, black, 0.5 tsp Parsley, dried, 1 tsp *Portugese roll, 1 serving *Kraft miracle whip regular, 5 tbsp Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Cheddar Cheese, 1 cubic inch Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk, 1 slices
Directions
Toast Roll

Mix everything except the cheese and tomato.

Put mixture on toasted bun.

Layer tomato and cheese on top

Throw in broiler until cheese is fully melted

Serving Size: 2 open face sandwiches
