Mamaliga/Polenta/Cornmeal Mush

Ingredients
1 c. course ground corn meal or polenta4 c. water1/2 tsp salt1 tsp garlic powder
Directions
Bring all ingredients to a boil, then reduce to lowest setting possible and cook, stirring constantly, until desired consistency. It will set up when cooled. If you have problems with scorching it, try baking it after the initial boil so it doesnt stick. I suggest about 20 minutes at 450, or until its desired consistency.
