8 oz. round steak cut into strips1 Med. raw red onion1 Large Bell pepper,cut into strips1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash, (Your favorite blend)1 Tbsp Garlic Powder1 tbsp Paprika3-4 Tbsp Low Fat Italian Dressing12 flour tortillas,(8")1 c. grated Colby/Monterrey Jack Cheese
Mix cut up meat with Italian Dressing. Add seasonings and vegetables. Mix all together and divide into 3 separate pieces of foil. Package up in bundles and poke 2-3 small slits. Place on hot Grill and cook for 45 minutes turning once during the process.
When done put 1/4 of a package on warmed tortillas and top with cheese. Roll up and enjoy!
