Avocado Cream Cheese Puffs

Ingredients
1 avocado halved and mashed4 tbsp low fat cream cheese4 tbsp pizza sauce1 sheet of puff pastry shell1 eggmushrooms
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Get a greased baking sheet (I used greased tinfoil over mine!)

Let pastry shell thaw according to instructions.

Cut the shell into 9 pieces (make sure sizes are about equal)

On 4 of the pastry pieces, put a dollop of avacodo, 1 tbsp of cream cheese, 1 tbsp of pizza sauce and a few mushroom slices.

Place empty pastry piece on top of one with ingredients. Seal the pockets tightly by pressing the edges with a fork. Seal well so filling doesn't ooze out.

In small bowl, beat egg. Apply egg wash to tops of pastries. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until pastry is puffed and golden brown.
