Grilled Cheese

Ingredients
1 tbsp. country crock, light margarine spread1-3/4 oz. slice of Tillamook medium cheddar cheese2 slices whole wheat bread
Directions
Using the butter spread, spread 1/2 tbsp. on one side of eachof the slices of bread. Place cheese in the middle, with the buttered sides on the outside. Place in snackster cooker for until the light turns green and golden brown-about 2 minutes. These can also be made on a griddle, no need for extra cooking spray, the butter will keep it from sticking. Toast first side until golden brown, then flip and toast the second side. Cut in half and enjoy!
