Ingredients
Boneless Beef Top Sirloin 3 lbs32 oz Mixed Frozen Vegtables2 Onion Choped Canla oil2 cups White Rice
Directions
Brown beef in conola oil with onions. ( I then cut up meat) Mix frozen vegetables and simmer (if needed add 1/4 cup water.) Cook 2 cups rice according to package and serve beef and Veg over rice.
