1/4 cup honey1/4 cup soy sauce1/4 cup olive oil1/2 tsp. minced garlicabout 1 lb of boneless, skinless chicken breastsalt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Combine honey, soy sauce, olive oil, and garlic in a bowl. Season both sides of the chicken with a little salt and pepper (not to much salt since there is salt in the soy sauce). Put the chicken in a casserole dish. Pour half of the teriyaki sauce on the chicken. Bake for about 25 min. Then pour the rest of the sauce on the chicken and and cook for an additional 30-35 mins.
