4 Boneless Pork Chops2 tbsp. Shortening; or use Pam spray instead1/2 tsp. salt, seasoning salt or blackening spices; 1/4 tsp. Pepper1/2 C. Worchestershire SauceWater to cover chops
add shortening or pam to frying pan, add salt or seasoned spice and pepper to taste. Add the chops and Sear them until they are browned on both sides; add worchestershire sauce,, then cover chops with water, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes or until chops are fork tender and cooked through.
