Applesauce smoothie

1 cup low-fat soy milk1/4 cup 100% concord grape juice7 oz low-fat tofu1/2 cup cold water1 cup peaches1/2 cup mango chunks1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
add liquids to blender
add tofu
add apple sauce
blend on low till mixed
turn speed to high
Add frozen fruits through handle hole in lid while continue to blend at high speed. Do this one piece at a time and wait for grinding to end before adding another piece of fruit.
Pour and Enjoy!
