Roasted Acorn Squash Salad

Ingredients
2-3 heads of lettuce (up to you what kind. I like red leaf mixes.)2 cups cooked acorn squash wedges, cut into 2 inch chunks(1/3 cup roasted acorn squash seeds)0.5 tsp kosher salt2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar3 Tbsp EVOO
Directions
Place the lettuce in large salad bowl. Top with the squash and seeds. Season with the salt, drizzle with the vinegar and oil, then toss the salad gently.
