Wheat french bread (for bread machine)

1 1/4 c. water1 1/2 c. white flour (unbleached)1 1/2 c. wheat flour1 1/2 tsp sea salt2 tsp active dry yeast2 TBS Extra virgin olive oil
Put everything except the oil in bread machine as recommended by your machine manufacturer. (mine is breadman and I use this order) Set on dough setting. Turn onto flour and shape into 2 long skinny loafs (they will get wider as they rise)
top with a brushing of olive oil and let rise 30-45 min over a warm stove. (preheat to 350) cook at 350 for 30-35 min. 1 serving is 1 slice assuming you cut 10 per loaf.
