Ingredients
2 C. zucchini1 C. Coconut flour1/2 C coconut oil1/2 C pure maple syrup8 eggs2 tsp vanilla extract1 tsp baking powder1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients. Divide batter evenly into 16 lined pare muffin cups. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
