Strawberry Vanilla Cheesecake

16 oz creamcheese (softened)2 packets sugar free strawberry jello2 packets splenda1/2 c boiling water1/3 c cold water1/2 cup heavy cream1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
whip heavy cream with splenda
bring water to boil and mix with jello until dissolved
add cold water and stir
put jello into bowl and mix with creamcheese until smooth
add whipped cream and coconut extract
place in fridge to set
--i used the rest of the container of whipping cream to place on top of the pie
--you can use butter and ground nuts to make a crust if you so wish
