Braised Greens

Ingredients
Olive oil - 2 TablespoonsOnion - 1 large sliced lengthwiseGarlic - 3 cloves, minced or to tasteBeet greens - amount from a bunch of beetsCollard greens - amount from one bunchApple cider - 3/4 cup (more or less)Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Saute onions and garlic in olive oil in a heavy dutch oven. When translucent, add the greens, then the liquid. Cook on stove top just below a simmer for at least 60 minutes or put in a 300 oven. Greens are done when very tender.

Serving Size: I set it at four, but this is a big serving
