Steel Cut Oats - Banana Bread inspired

Ingredients
1 cup dry Steel Cut Oats4 small bananas (or 400 g total) - mashed1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp vanilla extract0.5 tsp salt
Directions
Bring 4 cups of water to boil over high heat, add salt and oats. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in vanilla and cinnamon mid-way through cooking. Remove from stove and stir in mashed banana.
