Homemade Enchilada Sauce

1 8oz can of tomato sauce4 cup of water2 Tbs of olive oil1 clove of garlic, crushed and minced1/2 tsp of oregano1/2 tsp of ground cumin1/3 cup of chili powder1 tsp of salt1/2 cup of all purpose flourcayenne pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients into a saucepan.
Heat mixture in sauce pan over medium heat, whisking frequently, until mixture thickens and boils. Let boil for 30 seconds, then remove from heat. Cool. Taste, and whisk in some cayenne pepper if you want a hotter sauce.
Serving Size: makes 10 --- 1/2 cup servings
