Cucumber Watermelon Salad

Ingredients
1/4 cup canola oil2 T lemon juice1/2 tsp. salt1 tsp. sugarpepper to taste2 1/2 cups diced watermelon3 1/2 cups sliced cucumber (peeled)
Directions
Whisk together oil, lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper. Pour over cucumbers and watermelon in large bowl. Refrigerate before serving.
