Sweet Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast shredded1/4 c diced grapes, red or white1/4 c dried cranberries1/4 c natural almonds (no salt), slivered or finely chopped4 tbsp Light Miracle Whip2 tbsp dill pickle juice 1 tbsp raw honey1/4 tsp salt1 tsp pepper1 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp celery seed
Directions
Cook chicken breast, cool, then use kitchen shears to shred into a mixing bowl. Add all other ingredients and stir until well-mixed. It will appear to be a little dry, but still taste very creamy and a little sweet.

Use for sandwiches, salads, or an appetizer with crackers.
