Simple Bread

Ingredients
White FlourYeastOlive OilShredded Cheddar CheeseGarlic Salt (to taste)Italian Spices (to taste)
Directions
Heat over to 350 degrees F. Mix all ingredients. Cover and let rest in a dark place for 30 minutes; knead down and repeat for another 30 minutes. Form loaf and rub outside down with water or whisked egg (to form different kinds of crusts). Place in over, immediately reduce temperature to 275 degrees F. Cook until browned on the outside, usually 45 minutes to an hour.
