1/2 cup whole wheat flour2 cup occident bread flour1/2 cup old fashion oats1/4 cup oat bran1 T wheat germ1 teas sea salt3 teas yeast3 T honey1 cup water/ 110 degrees1/4 cup canola oilIn a medium size bowl mix first 6 dry ingredients together and set aside.In bowl or bread machine pan add yeast, honey, water and oil. Do not mix. Let stand until yeast has bloomed. It will be frothy looking.Once yeast has boomed add flour and mx. When using a bread machine use your "Dough" setting.When bread machine is finished take the dough out and place in a metal bread pan that has been sprayed with canola oil, lightly.BakeConvection Oven 325 doe 25 minutesRegular Oven 350 for 45 minutesInternal temparture should be 190 degrees.
