Ingredients
6 oz. Hunt's No Sodium Tomato Paste1/2 cup wateroregano, flakes or freshbasil, flakes or freshgarlic, minced clove or powder2 T. Extra Virgin Olive OilFresh Mushrooms or canned low-sodiumGreen Pepper slices4 oz. Parmesan Cheese, shaved 4 oz. Low Fat Mozzarella, shredded4 8" Whole Wheat 98% fat free tortilla shells
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Mix tomato paste, oil, water, oregano, basil, and garlic. Spread over shells. Top with a layer of mushrooms, sprinkle with parmesan, place green pepper strips in a fan shape from the center. Top with mozzarella. Bake in oven for 5-7 minutes.
