Baby Carrots, raw, 10 medium (remove)Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Peas, frozen, 1 cup Celery, raw, 1 cup, dicedYellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 0.5 cup kernels *Turkey, diced, 16 oz Turkey Broth or Bouillon, 6 cup (8 fl oz) Brown Rice, 1.5 cup
