Banana Bread i with flaxseed

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour3/4 cup flax seed2 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1 tsp cinnamon1 cup mashed banada3/4 skim milk with 2 tbsps lemon juice1/2 liquid egg1 tsp vanilla1/2 cup splenda or to taste - (I use less)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 use a 9x5 inch loaf pan

In 1 bowl mix dry and another bowl wet ingredients. Mix together

    I didn't notice the first time I made this recipe, but there is no sweetner. The second time I added about 3/4 cup Splenda and it turned out really good. I also made muffins instead of a loaf. - 1/12/08
