Fantastic Red Potato Salad

Ingredients
3 pounds Red Potatoes1 cup Low Fat Plain Greek Yogurt1/2 cup Olive Oil Mayonnaise2 tsp. Dijon or Brown Mayonnaise1 tsp. White Balsamic Vinegar1 Celery stalk, chopped2 green onions, chopped2 Tb. Fresh Dill, chopped1 tsp. Garlic saltGround Pepper to taste
Directions
Cut potatoes into chunks leaving skins on. Place in a pot with just enough water to cover. Bring the potatoes to boil for approximately 10-12 minutes. Potatoes should be tender but not mushy. drain and transfer to a large bowl. While potatoes are boiling combine the remaining ingredients and stir together. Pour the 'dressing' over the potatoes and toss to coat. Chill for at least one hour before serving (but it is good warm too).
