Radishes, 8 large (1" to 1-1/4" dia) Celery, raw, 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes), 3 oz Carrots, raw, 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Green Peppers (bell peppers), .25 cup, strips *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .25 cup, chopped (remove) Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), .25 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Cucumber (with peel), 1.25 cucumber (8-1/4") Romaine Lettuce (salad), 6 cup, shredded Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove) *Snap peas, 1.25 cup (remove)
Cut up all veges and mix together and add the dressing of your choice.
